We are seeking a Project Architect to join our talented and collaborative group of designers. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual with experience in ground-up construction to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, taking them from initial concept through construction. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality design solutions and fostering a culture of mutual mentorship to help everyone grow. In this role, you will have the chance to develop your own confidence and expertise as a designer while seeing direct impact in the projects you are on.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Contribute in the day-to-day management of a variety of project scales and typologies, ensuring major milestones are met.
Technical Leadership: Oversee the production of high-quality Revit models and construction document sets.
Collaboration: Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and Civil engineers to ensure a seamless integration of systems into the design intent.
Construction Administration: Lead site meetings, review submittals, and handle RFIs with a solution-oriented mindset that preserves design quality.
Client Relations: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews as your experience grows.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm. Experience in the Boston market is a significant plus.
Education: B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program.
Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) preferred, or actively pursuing licensure.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Revit is a must. Experience with Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Bluebeam.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
Detail Oriented: Embraces a level of quality and care at every stage of design.
Team Focused: A highly motivated, self-driven individual who understands the importance of our team and the unique perspectives and experience each of us bring.
