DRA has an immediate opening for a Job Captain to join our Waltham, MA studio.  Our office is currently working as a hybrid office.  Candidates are expected to work in office a minimum of three days a week.

The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate well with others, whether remote or in office, be proficient with Revit production, have strong design skills, be detail-oriented, and have a minimum of 6-10 years of professional experience. Experience with Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Suite is a plus.  Joining our team requires a passion for design, a commitment to excellence, and a sense of humor.

Qualifications

• Good Attitude, Energetic, self-motivated with a passion for design
• Bachelor of Architecture degree
• 6-10 years of design and documentation experience
• Excellent creativity and design skills
• Strong graphic skills and knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam programs is a plus.
• Production Experience with Revit is required.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively both remotely and in person
• Experience working with sub-consultants and team members
