About This Position The Role Balance Architects is seeking a Project Designer / Architect II to play a key role in the design and technical execution of our mixed-use, multifamily, and adaptive reuse projects across Boston and New England. This position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with our Senior Project Architects. You will contribute meaningfully from SD through CA, with increasing ownership as you grow.
