Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture
3 years’ experience working as an architect
Strong technical skills and an eye for detail
Good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)
Ability to communicate with team members, consultants, clients, and contractors
Attend site visits for client and contractor meetings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills
Experience and working knowledge in residential zoning, design, bidding, construction document and administration, and building codes
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Enscape, Bluebeam and Photoshop required
